Responsibilities
We invite applications for a tenure track position in the Entrepreneurship and Innovation group, College of Business Administration (CBA), Northeastern University. Applications are invited from candidates who can teach and do research in Entrepreneurship and/or the Management of Innovation. Teaching assignments are likely to include courses in Entrepreneurship, and the Management of Innovation, at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. Salary is competitive and commensurate with qualifications and experience. Start date: September 2010.

Entrepreneurship faculty are involved with the University's Center for Technological Entrepreneurship. The Center sponsors student and alumni activities such as the Entrepreneurship Club, a mentoring network, and a speaker series featuring prominent high-tech entrepreneurs. The Center is also a focal point for entrepreneurship research, executive education and consulting.

Qualifications
Applicants must have or expect to have a doctorate in Business Administration or a closely related field before the start date of September 2010, with specialization in Entrepreneurship and/or Management of Innovation. Previous teaching experience and scholarly productivity is valued, as is previous business experience at a managerial level in an entrepreneurial or innovation capacity. Tenure track positions carry an expectation of excellence in teaching and a consistent record of high quality scholarly research and publication.
