Responsibilities
The Marketing Group in the College of Business Administration at Northeastern University invites applications for one tenure-track position at the Assistant Professor level.
Candidates should have a PhD/DBA in Marketing or a closely related business field (by Fall 2010) and have a strong commitment to high quality teaching and research. Teaching needs are primarily in undergraduate required and elective courses including Introduction to Marketing. From a research perspective, we particularly invite candidates to apply who are doing research on companies that are leading-edge and innovative in their development and use of products, services, processes, technologies, and/or marketing approaches in a global environment. Such a focus would align with the Colleges strategic thrusts in the areas of innovation and global.
Qualifications
Candidates should have a PhD/DBA in Marketing or a closely related business field (by Fall 2010) and have a strong commitment to high quality teaching and research. Applicants should be capable of bringing practical application of concepts into the classroom.
