Job Description
The Business Objects Architect leads all aspects of the delivery of Distribution Sector Business Intelligence (BI) solution & related components: interfaces, conversions, HW/SW oversight. Understands business challenges & translates them into requirements/solutions. Provides Solution Performance (analysis/tuning) & works across business/technology teams to ensure alignment between business solution definition & systems architecture for the organization. Demonstrated experience designing, developing and implementing complex Business Objects solutions.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 1 year experience in full life cycle implementations of Business Objects
At least 1 year experience in team leadership
Readiness to travel up to 50%; travelling 3-4 days a week, home on weekends
English: Fluent
Preferred:
Business/Management
At least 3 years experience in full life cycle implementations of Business Objects
At least 1 year experience in SAP BI technology implementations using formal methodologies
At least 2 years experience in team leadership
Additional information:
As the majority of our work is performed at client sites with significant travel required, applicants must live near major metropolitan airports.
