The Middle Market SAP Business Solution Professional (BSP) executes sales leadership and demonstrates proficiency in identifying Mid Market SAP opportunities that lead with Global Business Services (GBS) offerings or solutions. Responsibilities include identifying and qualifying GBS SAP opportunities: independently, working within the IBM internal sales channels, and with GBS Partners. The SAP BSP engages the appropriate GBS and IBM resources, leverages all IBM advantages and works with GBS to gain client commitment a close software and services sales.
The SAP BSP is capable of taking an opportunity from identification, though qualification and to closure. In addition, the BSP must be able to conduct a consultative sale of SAP software and implementation services – including the ability to articulate and craft an implementation proposal.
Demonstrating expert sales, organizational, business and professional skills, the SAP BSP has primary responsibility for the success of bringing the appropriate solution to closure. Should have deep experience with SAP Middle Market clients, including demonstrable successful sales and delivery experience.
Candidates should reside in the north west coastal region. This position requires 100% travel. Preference will be given to candidates that reside in northern California.

Required:
Bachelor's Degree
At least 3 years experience in some combination of SAP solution selling and delivery of SAP consulting services
At least 3 years experience in identifying, qualifying and closing large/complex business and IT solution opportunities.
At least 3 years experience in working with Middle Market clients
Readiness to travel up to 75%; travelling 5 days a week, home on weekends
