RESPONSIBILITIES
To provide administrative support and setup for clients booking conference rooms in the corporate and site buildings. Provides back-up support for the conference room scheduler.
Essential Functions Include:
- Set up conference rooms for meetings and events
- Deliver and set up LCD projectors, TV/VCR/DVD, and other AV equipment
- Reconfigure tables and chairs in conference rooms per requestors specifications
- Initiate video teleconferences
- Backup for conference scheduler and receptionists
- Works on special projects as assigned by Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
High school diploma.
Strong organizational and time management skills required.
Excellent written and oral communication skills essential for professional phone and personal contacts.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Ability to keep sensitive information confidential is critical.
Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel.
Familiarity with the internet and email systems required.
Must possess flexibility, patience and diplomacy.
Professional appearance.
Knowledge of business operations and policies is helpful.
Ability to work with little direction.
