RESPONSIBILITIES
This individual will act as the first line of contact for our patients and clinics, via our toll free 800 line. They will triage and attend to all questions and inquiries in a highly professional manner while assuring that our goal of World Class Customer Service is met.
Essential Functions Include:
- Assist approximately 80-100 inbound and outbound members, providers and physicians calls per day
- Answer questions related to pharmacy benefits, while maintain productivity standards and performance guarantees where applicable
- Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance and payment information
- Provide patients with price quotes, order status, insurance verifications and proof of deliveries
- Handle customer accommodations independently with good judgment and involving a Supervisor/Manager when necessary
- Process all order changes including order cancellations, return authorizations, reships and request for credits
- Responsible for ownership of customer issues and ensuring 100% follow up to customers
- Ability to use multiple database systems to ensure accuracy with customer information
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of high school diploma
At least one year of experience
High level of speed and accuracy for data entry
High level of customer service skills
Excellent telephone skills
Leadership skills
