An exciting opportunity exists for a Design Engineer I as part of our Rolling Start Program at MEPPI. This is an entry level full-time opportunity involving two years of rotational assignments within the Power Systems Group, including an assignment in a Japan factory.
In this position you will perform design engineering work within several Power Systems Divisions and rotate to a new assignment every 4-6 months. As the Design Engineer you will interact and collaborate with customers, suppliers, contractors, sales, production, and quality assurance functions. You will also participate in off-site Power Systems Engineering training and participate in conversational Japanese language lessons.
If you have Bachelors Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, engineering experience from summer job, co-op or full-time position, computer experience with an emphasis on MSOffice products, CAD software, and ERP.MRP systems, and are willing to travel, this may be the job for you!
