The SAP HR Consultant is responsible for successful delivery of Hr technology/process deliverables, particularly in the SAP HR Portal Employee and Manager Self Service (ESS/MSS) modules. This role assists clients in the selection, planning, fit analysis, configuration, testing, rollout, and post-implementation support of large-scale SAP HR solutions. The consultant will also be involved in improving operational metrics & business case development. He/she will provide functional knowledge & manage client relationships within context of individual role. The consultant provides hands-on leadership, direction, & mentoring to a team of consultants, consisting of consultants, subcontractors, remote global resources, and client employees.
