Job Description
The sales training team is looking for an individual who understands adult learning principles and has experience with online and e-learning tool development, sales and coaching training. This highly visible position will interact with all levels of the organization including sales and product teams. Job seekers will need to be independent workers who are driven to achieve results while building successful partnerships and working relationships.

• Requires a current and continuing right to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Requires overnight travel away and from corporate offices, including international travel, for a total of about 25% of the time.
• Requires job seeker to be able to work in Holland, Michigan.
Basic Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional technology, interior design, architecture, marketing, technology or business administration.
• Six years development and training delivery experience in a corporate setting.
• Two years experience in commercial interiors, contract furniture or architectural interiors industries.
Other Qualifications
• Strong organizational and project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Ability to organize, write, and verbalize complex information into clear and understandable content.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of adult learning principles.
• Comfortable in ambiguous situations where thoughts and ideas may be challenged.
• Ability to manage project with multiple priorities; size and complexity vary, based on level.
Preferred Qualifications
To be considered for this position the job seeker must meet all of the above requirements; the following qualifications are a plus:
• Master’s degree in instructional technology, interior design, architecture, marketing, technology or business administration.
• Experience working in a corporate sales organization.
